These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Duo ("the Service"). You must agree to them in order to use the Service.

We urge all our Users to practice personal responsibility when using the Service.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Duo, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. You must provide us accurate information, including your real name, when you create your account on Duo.

We may, without prior notice, change the Service; stop providing the Service or features of the Service, to you or to users generally; or create usage limits for the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. Duo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

User Content

You ("the User") hereby agree to accept all responsibility for the way in which you use the Service, and the Content (including all text, images, videos, and audio) that you post to it. You may post any Content you wish to the Service, provided it does not violate any laws in place in New Zealand or the country in which you reside. Duo Limited (we, "the Company") takes no responsibility for the Content you post. You retain ownership of the Content you post to the Service.

Duo may store your Content indefinitely after you have posted it to the Service, in order to offer you the maximum value from the Service.

Privacy

We respect your privacy in your use of The Service. Please review our Privacy Policy (www.duoboard.com/privacy) for further information on how your data is handled. By using the Service you consent to Duo having the ability to monitor usage on your account in order to gain data about usage patterns to improve the service. This data will be collected anonymously.

Disclaimers and Indemnity

The Company will not be responsible or liable for any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

If anyone brings a claim against the Company related to your actions or Content on the Service, or actions or Content by or from someone using your account, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.
